For those in the online ZenFit community online classes are in full force. Last Friday Kim and Chandra let a stretch class plus a question and answer session. On Monday they will be teaching how to test foods to find out what works best for your body and Thursday an online Community Cooking session ... you grab the ingredients and everyone prepares their goodies at the same time online. Here is this week's Low-Carb Community Cooking Class

Thursday afternoon at 5PM we will be doing a "live" cooking!
This first one is a simple and fast recipe that will please those taste buds and fill you up!
We will be cooking Ham and egg salad filled avocado.The ingredients that you will need are below!
5 Boiled eggs, peeled.
3 avocados, halved.
2 Tablespoons of mayo1.
5 tsp of mustard (you can add more if you wish, I’m not a huge mustard fan so I don’t use much)
2 Tsp Cumin, 2 tsp garlic, 2tsp Paprika, salt & pepper
2 Tablespoons chopped green onion
2 Tablespoons chopped white onion
2 heaping tablespoons diced ham or meat of your choice (more if you’d like!)
